We recently had the privilege of hosting two enlightening seminars by Prof. Hao Gefei, a distinguished Professor from Guizhou University and Central China Normal University on 22nd January 2024 and 23rd January 2024.
Supported by the Tin Ka Ping Foundation - HKBU Mainland China Visiting Scholar 2023-24 programme (田家炳基金會-香港浸會大學中國內地訪問學人計劃), these seminars aimed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between scholars.
Professor Hao Gefei, renowned for his research in pesticide informatics, shared his expertise and experience. His remarkable contributions to the field of pesticide informatics have earned him prestigious accolades, including the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars and the Chief Scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program. He has been recognized as a Young Scholar in the Changjiang Scholar Award Program and the National 100 Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations in Plant Protection.
