On 28 March 2026, our students visited the Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences to enrich their public health knowledge and experience. They stepped back in time to 1894 to learn about the plague—its causes and how medical science tackled the crisis—discovered early vaccine production at the Old Bacteriological Institute, and examined concerns around more recent infectious diseases. An eye-opening visit with very positive feedback from students.
