Identify the molecular components and delineate the molecular mechanisms of the O-fucosylation/O-GlcNAcylation pathways.
Investigate potential functions of O-fucosylation and O-GlcNAcylation in growth regulation in response to nutrient signals, such as sugar and nitrogen.
Study the cross-talks among O-fucosylation/O-GlcNAcylation pathways and classical nutrient signaling pathways, such as the TOR pathway.
